Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. While we hope you love your items, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. This policy outlines your options for returning items, receiving a refund, requesting an exchange, or obtaining store credit.
ELIGIBILITY BY ITEM TYPE
New Season (Full-Priced) Items
- Eligible for one refund per order, processed to your original payment method.
- Eligible for one exchange per order.
- Refunds & exchanges exclude shipping charges.
- Item must meet all return conditions listed below.
Sale Items or Discounted Orders
- Eligible for one exchange or store credit only.
- Refunds are not available for sale items.
- Store credit is issued with no expiration date and can be redeemed online or via customer service.
RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
1. Request Window:
Submit a return request via email within 7 days of the delivery date.
2. Return Delivery Window:
Returned items must arrive at our facility within 14 days of receiving return instructions.
3. Item Condition:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all tags and labels intact. Items must be free from makeup stains, deodorant marks, strong odors, or any signs of wear.
4. Packaging:
Items must be returned in secure packaging to prevent damage in transit. If possible, use the original packaging.
5. Identification:
Returns must include proof of purchase (order number and name).
Unidentified returns will not be processed.
6. Correct Return Address:
Customers are responsible for sending returns to the address provided.
We are not liable for items sent to the wrong address.
RETURN PROCESS
- Email your return request to rhaika.dubai@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Once approved, return instructions will be sent via email.
- After receiving your item, we will conduct a quality inspection.
- If approved, your refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued within 30 days.
- If your item does not meet the return conditions, it will be sent back to you. Shipping fees will apply.
STORE CREDIT POLICY
- Store credit is issued via email and does not expire.
- It may be used toward any future online purchase.
- Credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive an item with a manufacturing fault:
- Notify us at rhaika.dubai@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include photos or videos clearly showing the fault.
- If confirmed through our quality control process, we will offer a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs, if applicable).
SHIPPING YOUR RETURN
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- We are not responsible for returns lost or delayed in transit.
