Order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of products to the courier. Shipping timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless otherwise specified.

7. Pricing & Availability

We reserve the right to adjust prices, availability, and product information at any time. Errors in pricing or descriptions may be corrected and affected orders canceled at our discretion.

8. Promotional Codes

Promotional codes are subject to change and may not be combined with other offers. Misuse of codes may result in cancellation of the offer.

9. Gift Cards

Gift cards issued by Rhaika Fashion may be used toward any online purchase on our Website.

  • Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Store credit issued from returns or exchanges may not be used to purchase gift cards.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

  • Gift cards do not expire and may be redeemed at any time online.

10. Returns and Refunds

We offer one refund or one exchange per order for new season items. Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Store credit has no expiration. For faulty items, customers must email rhaika.dubai@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
