Shipping & Delivery

Important Notes
- All orders are shipped from Dubai, UAE. Monday to Friday.
- Cut-off time is 1pm. If you place an order after 1PM it will be shipped next day.
- Weekend Orders: All orders placed after 1 PM on Fridays, or on Saturdays and Sundays, will be processed and shipped the following Monday.
- Delivery timelines are provided as general guidelines and do not account for potential delays caused by payment authorization, courier service issues, or customs clearance procedures.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled due to our automated systems. If you need to make an exchange or return, please wait until you receive the item and follow the instructions on our Returns & Exchanges Policy page.
Track Your Parcel
Once your package is ready, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with delivery details and a link to track your order online via your order page. You may also provide your mobile number at checkout to receive tracking notifications directly from the courier, so you never miss a delivery.
Customs Duties & International Orders
Our products are shipped from Dubai, UAE. If you are placing an international order, your country may apply import taxes or customs duties once the package arrives at its destination. These charges are:
- Determined by your country’s customs authority
- Not controlled or calculated by us
- Not included in our product prices or shipping fees
The process is simple: the courier (such as DHL or USPS) will usually contact you directly to settle any applicable import fees before delivering your parcel. Please ensure you monitor your courier tracking updates and respond promptly to avoid delays.
If you are unsure about potential import taxes, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
Responsibility & Refusals
- You, the customer, are fully responsible for all customs duties, taxes, clearance fees, and any associated costs, even if you choose to refuse the parcel upon delivery.
- If you decline to pay import charges and the goods are returned to us, we will deduct all associated shipping and handling fees (including a flat AED 100 handling fee or equivalent in your currency) from your refund.
- We are unable to cancel or refund any order that is already in transit or being held at customs. If you do not complete the customs process, the parcel will need to be returned to us before we can issue any refund, minus applicable deductions.
